Aimee Mann - Charmer

Named "one of the finest songwriters of her generation" by The New York Times, Aimee Mann has gained quite a following of devoted fans since her debut album Whatever in 1993. Her wit and stinging observation that is recognizable in her music has also made her a true social media star. Charmer is her eighth studio album, the last of which was @#%&*! Smilers from 2008, which the BBC called 'undeniably' beautiful. The new Mann album is aptly titled: she is fascinated by people's charming behaviors, which usually hide some manipulative intentions.
